General & Visiting
Do I need an appointment to submit cards?
No — walk-ins are welcome for grading consultations and submissions during store hours. For large collections (50+ cards), calling ahead helps us set aside time to go through them properly.
Is entry free?
Yes, always. Browse the shop floor, ask questions, and hang around as long as you like — no cost, no obligation to buy.
Is the store kid-friendly?
Definitely — plenty of our regulars started collecting as kids. Just keep an eye on little hands near the display cases.
What payment methods do you accept in-store?
Cash, all major cards, and tap-to-pay. Store credit from a previous trade-in works too.
Shopping In-Store
Do you sell online, or only in-store?
This website is a showcase, not a checkout — everything you see is browsable here but only purchasable in person at the shop. We think that’s actually the better experience for cards anyway; you get to see condition and centering with your own eyes.
Can you hold an item for me?
Yes, for up to 48 hours on most items — just ask a staff member in-store or give us a call. High-demand pieces may have shorter hold windows.
Do you offer any loyalty program or discounts?
Regulars get first look at new stock and occasional bundle pricing — ask in-store about our loyalty punch card.
I saw something on your website but it says "in stock" — is it definitely still there?
The catalog page reflects recent stock but updates manually, so occasionally something sells before the listing changes. Call ahead if it’s a specific piece you’re driving in for.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Graded slabs and sealed product can be exchanged within 7 days if there’s an issue with authenticity or condition not disclosed at sale. Singles are sold as inspected in-store, so we recommend checking carefully before you buy.

How do I submit a card for grading?
Bring it in-store, no appointment needed. Our team helps you pick a grading company and turnaround tier on the spot.
How long does grading take?
Anywhere from 5 to 65 business days depending on the tier and grading company you choose. Express tiers are fastest.

Selling & Trade-In
Do you buy cards and collections?
Yes — anything from a single valuable card to a full inherited collection. No appointment needed for most walk-in sales.
What condition do cards need to be in?
We accept a wide range of conditions — condition just affects the offer. See our condition guide for details.
Cash or store credit — which is better?
Store credit pays more (roughly 80–85% of market value vs. 65–70% for cash) since it stays in the shop. Entirely your call though.

Are trade nights open to everyone?
Yes, completely free and open to anyone — bring your binder and trade directly with other collectors on the shop floor.
