Grading FAQ
Do I need an appointment to submit cards?
No — walk-ins are welcome for grading consultations and submissions during store hours. For large collections (50+ cards), calling ahead helps us set aside time to go through them properly.
Can I submit sealed product or only singles?
Singles are most common, but PSA and CGC both offer sealed product grading too. Ask in-store — pricing and turnaround differ from single-card submissions.
What if my card comes back with a lower grade than expected?
The final grade is entirely up to the grading company, not us — we can’t influence or predict it. We’re happy to talk through what factors (centering, whitening, surface scratches) may have affected the result.
Do you buy graded cards, or only submit them?
Both — once your card is back from grading, we’re happy to make an offer if you’d rather sell or trade it in, or you can simply take it home.
Is my card insured while it's out for grading?
Express tier submissions include insured pickup and drop-off. Economy and Regular tier cards are covered under the grading company’s standard shipping insurance — ask us for full details before submitting anything high-value.
